1. Shipping & Returns Policy

1.1 Processing Time

  • After you place your order, we'll get it ready and ship it out within 4-6 business days. And guess what? Shipping's on us!
  • Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days, but let's keep an eye on the shipping company's timeline for the real deal.

1.2 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. That way, you can track your package's every move!
  • Oh, and if you're curious, you can also check your order status anytime on our website.

1.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Don't sweat the customs duties and taxes, we've got them covered. No surprise fees for you!
 

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Policy

  • We make sure to double-check every product and its packaging before shipping to make sure they're all in tip-top shape. But if your item arrives damaged, no worries, you can snag a refund.
  • However, just so you're in the know, under our normal selling terms, we don't accept returns or exchanges once the goods are shipped out. Also, once your order hits the road, we're unable to cancel it.

2.2 How to Request a Refund

  • If you've received a damaged item and need a refund, just drop an email over to us at xoxo@chickalaka.com, and don't forget to leave us with your order number and some pics of the damaged goods.
  • Keep the original packaging handy, because the shipping company might need to swing by and pick it up.

2.3 Processing Your Refund

  • Once we've confirmed your refund request, we'll whip up that refund within 3 business days.
